At Merino Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable footwear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn Merino shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5 business days.
